✓Verify the following if the association is a cooperative or charitable organization: - The association's registration certificate with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. - The applicant must have a power of attorney or authorization from the association's board.
✓Verify the following if the foundation is an endowment: - The existence of the endowment deed. - The existence of a legal power of attorney from the donor, the endowment supervisor, or the supervisory board.
