We submit an application for establishments licensed by the Ministry of Investment that wish to increase capital or total funding for industrial licensing.
✓The entity shall abide by the procedures of amending shareholders’ resolution and the registration of the commercial register within (30) days from the date of amending the investment license; otherwise, Ministry of Investment shall be entitled to return the license data to the previous situation.
✓Determine the capital to be added.
