Sub-Registration Cancellation for Foreign/GCC Company Branches
This service enables investors to cancel the sub-commercial registration for a branch of foreign / gulf company upon the completion of its commercial activities.
✓A statement confirming the absence of licenses or the cancellation of licenses for activities that require a license prior to issuance must be submitted.
✓A certified letter from the company manager or a power of attorney must be submitted. If the power of attorney or authorization is from abroad, it must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi embassy, along with their translation from an accredited office.
